Benefits

  • Designed for quick and accurate measurement of clinch diameters on aerosol cans.
  • Ideal for quality control in aerosol packaging lines.
  • Durable and lightweight construction for ease of use.
  • Made in Germany – synonymous with precision and reliability.

Typical use case

Insert the gauge into the clinch diameter of the aerosol can. Rotate the can while observing the large pointer on the outer scale to determine whether the diameter falls within the acceptable tolerance range.

With a measuring range of 25–29 mm and a fine scale interval of 0.01 mm, the A2100 delivers pinpoint accuracy for critical aerosol packaging dimensions. Its analog dial provides clear readings, helping operators quickly verify tolerances and maintain consistent quality.

Manufactured with robust materials and tested under strict quality controls, the A2100 offers repeatability of 0.02 mmand a maximum permissible error of just 0.03 mm. Its lightweight design (110 g) and ergonomic form factor make it ideal for high-throughput environments.

Designed for use in aerosol production lines, the A2100 withstands temperature variations from -10°C to +50°C and operates optimally at a reference temperature of 20°C. Its mechanical design ensures consistent performance without the need for batteries or electronic calibration.
