Typical use case

Insert the gauge into the clinch diameter of the aerosol can. Rotate the can while observing the digital readout to determine whether the diameter falls within the acceptable tolerance range. Calibration can be performed using a sliding gauge or block gauge set to 27.2 mm.

With a measuring range of 25–29 mm and selectable numerical intervals down to 0.001 mm, the AEL2100 delivers exceptional resolution for critical aerosol packaging dimensions. Its digital display supports mm, inch, or combined readouts, ensuring clarity and flexibility for operators.
