LinkSetting Rings are essential reference tools used to zero-set bore gauges and ensure accurate internal diameter measurements. Manufactured to DIN 2250-C standards and DIATEST’s own factory specifications, these rings are available in a wide range of sizes and tolerances to suit various gauging applications.

- DIN 2250-C: 1.000 mm to 300.000 mm (including intermediate sizes)

- Zetting rings (factory standard):
- Sizes from 8.0 mm to 100.0 mm
- Feature a line marking for measurement reference
- Supplied with actual dimension labeling and certificate
- Material: High-grade tool steel, hardened and lapped
- Traceability: Supplied with factory certificate or calibration certificate upon request
- UKAS certificates also available upon request

Zetting Rings – Factory Standard Alternative
Zetting rings are similar to DIN 2250-C rings but do not meet roundness requirements. Instead, they feature a line marking for consistent measurement reference. These are ideal for internal use where full DIN compliance is not required.
⚠️ Note: Zetting rings can only be ordered in conjunction with a suitable DIATEST bore plug gauge.
