LinkThe Magnescale PL20C is a durable Digiruler head cable unit designed to interface with SL110 or SL130 magnetic scales and the LH71 series counter. It provides high-speed, high-resolution signal output for position and displacement detection in industrial environments.
Engineered for resilience, the PL20C offers IP65 protection and is resistant to oil, dirt, vibration, and shock. It outputs an A/B quadrature signal (EIA-422 compliant) and supports resolutions up to 10 µm, with response speeds reaching 300 m/min, depending on the system configuration.
Available in multiple cable lengths (3m to 30m) and armoured variants, the PL20C is ideal for CNC machines, DRO systems, and automation setups requiring reliable, high-speed signal transmission.
